Temaki sushi - "hand rolled sushi" - is a great party food for adults or kids. Everyone can get stuck in and roll their own sushi with their favourite fillings. It's great fun and easy to do - the key with creating a nicely formed cone shape for your temaki is to resist the temptation to lay too much rice and filling on the nori. You can prepare your ingredients for temaki sushi in under 30 mins. If you like wasabi, you can spread a little dab onto your filling before you roll - personally, I like my temaki sushi without but there's no "do" or "don't" about it.
Once you've rolled your temaki sushi, just dip it in a little soy sauce and enjoy!
