I think it is generally accepted that the Japanese diet is one of the most healthy in the world and a reason for the longevity of the population. I am sure that you know that the Japanese tend to eat lots of fish, a lot less meat and plenty of veggies. So, I thought I'd show you how to prepare a quick Japanese dinner set that is delicious, easy to make and very healthy. We'll start with the Japanese grilled salted mackerel (saba no shio yaki) which has to be one of the simplest Japanese dishes out there - just 10 minutes and it's ready.
